| Jing Jiang Double Fish Food Co., Ltd grew out of Jing Jiang Three Friends Food Factory, was founded in 1936. It is said that in 1936, three Guang Dong young people who had the unique skill of producing breast meat, they become sworn brotherhood, went to Shanghai from Guang Dong, and traveled upstream by boat along the river from Shanghai to find the base of development. When the boat traveled at river of Jing Jiang of Jiangsu, a double carps jumped from stem, three young men felt that is a good luck, then decided settled in Jing Jiang and set up Three Friends Food Factory, and the product was named ¡®Double Fish¡¯. From then on, ¡®Double Fish¡¯ pig breast meat went toward Chinese food stage from Jing Jiang, so the history of Jing Jiang producing breast meat was from here---. |
